【主要职责】 对内部传讯团队的各类传讯和演职人员活动相关的项目提供总体支持 成功竞聘者将在一个极具活力的、快节奏的环境下参与到各类内部传讯的项目中，并且有大量机会和公司内其他相关团队进行跨部门合作。实习生将有机会通过传统及数字平台直接参与各类项目 根据工作需要，支持办公室的行政类工作 【资格要求】 - 大三在校生 - 每周工作3至4天 - 拥有外资企业工作经验者优先 - 英语、新闻、传讯或市场类专业者优先 - 有强烈从事公共关系、传讯或市场类工作的意愿 - 精通中英双语，包括口语和书写 - 熟练操作微软办公软件，例如Word、Excel及PowerPoint等电脑软件 - 会使用设计和绘图软件者优先 - 善于同步处理多项工作，并具有在快节奏工作环境中独立工作能力 - 注重细节，具有出色的组织和人际交往能力 - 擅长团队协作，学习能力强 【Responsibilities】 Overall support to the Internal Communications team in a wide variety of communications and Cast engagement related projects Successful candidate will have exposures across all disciplines of internal communications, and will be working in a very dynamic, and fast paced environment with heavy focus on collaborations amongst various stakeholders and teams Intern will be given opportunity to gain first-hand experience in wide range of projects through both traditional and digital platforms Office administration related work will also be assigned as needed 【Requirements】 - 4 working days per week - Previous internship experience in multi-national companies preferred - Major in English, Journalism, Communications, or Marketing preferred - Strong interest to pursue a career in Public Relations, Communications, or Marketing - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese - Proficiency with MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Knowledge of design or graphic software a big plus - Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills is a must - Good team player and quick learner 请有意向的学生将简历发送到如下邮箱：Zoe.A.Wang@
