Job Duties:
? Support on document filing and scanning;
? Issue debit / credit note;
? Prepare LC draft / OAT letter for collection;
? Issue & distribute checks to suppliers and employees;
? Set up online payments;
工作职责：
? 文件整理和扫描；
? 发放借记和贷记票据；
? 准备托收汇票；
? 开具和分发员工或供应商的支票；
? 协助完成在线支付款项。
Requirements:
? Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent, Junior Student or Undergraduate is preferred;
? Good communications & interpersonal skill, Strong sense of responsibility;
? Familiar with MS office;
? Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
任职要求：
? 本科及以上学历，大三在校生优先，会计学、财务等相关专业优先考虑；
? 具有良好的人际沟通与协调能力，细致、耐心；
? 能熟练操作Excel, Power Point, Word等办公软件；
? 中英文读写良好；
