Job Duties:
1. Coordinates sourcing projects, arranges new supplier audit and assessment, and sample coordination/ shipment
2. Collection and follow-up of RFQ/RFP and quotation processes
3. Department expense control and analysis
4. Provide general administration support to department
5. Departmental administration needs
工作职责：
1. 协调采购项目，安排供应商审核和评估，产品样品派送；
2. 收集和跟进报价流程；
3. 部门费用控制和分析；
4. 提供行政支持；

Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree, Junior Student or Undergraduate is preferred;
2. Familiar with PC and Microsoft Application especially Excel, Power Point and Word document
3. Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin is an advantage)
4. Good team player and communication skill
5. work at least 3 days per week.
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，大三在校生优先；
2. 能熟练操作Excel, Power Point, Word等办公软件；
3. 中英文读写良好；
4. 团队合作能力和沟通能力强；
