岗位概述：
协助完成产品故障以及索赔管理业务的：数据/信息的收集、统计、维护、整理，以及索赔管理系统的维护等。
职位要求
1. 本科（学士或以上学位），工科专业，机械相关优先。
2. 一周三天，做满半年以上。
3. 熟悉计算机的应用知识，精通各种微软办公软件的应用，如World, Power Point, Excel and Outlook等；
4. 熟练的英语读写、听说能力；六级或以上。
5. 良好的沟通能力，良好的团队合作精神。

Job Summary:
Assistant for Product support related business, such as, warranty reimbursement, data analysis, system maintenance etc.; Assist technical support team to do failure information statistics & analysis, system maintenance.
Required knowledge & experience:
1. Bachelor degree in engineering. Machinery related fields preferred;
2. At least 3 days work per week and last half year.
3. Computer skills - data analysis and strong MS office skill sets;
4. Strong knowledge in English both written and spoken is essential， CET 6 or above.
5. Good ability to communicate with people at different level, Good team work spirit. 公司简要介绍：
