GETRAG is the global transmission supplier of passenger cars andlight commercial vehicles. There are around 14,200 employees, locating in 23different countries and areas. The family business historical background candata back to 1935, and now GETRAG is the biggest independent transmissionsupplier of passenger cars and light commercial vehicles. Since January 1st,2016, GETRAG officially has been a member of the world second largest auto-partsupplier Magna International Inc, who is famous for manual, dual-clutch, hybridand pure electric-driven transmissions.

工作时间：5天8小时工作制

Work Hours: 8 hoursper day and 5 days a week

薪资构成：年薪=岗位工资 半年奖 持续服务奖 防寒降温费 年终奖 五险一金

Salary Structure: Annual pay = post wage half ayear bonus continuous service bonus high and low temperature allowance year-end bonus five social insurance and one housing fund
