职位简介：
邮件开发工程师负责编写，设置并部署html和文字邮件内容到exacttarget 平台上。或者Merkle使用的其他邮件平台。
工作职责：
· 将邮件素材 ╟ 通常是带图层的原图文件，处理并编写成html文件
· 进行渲染测试并分析Merkle制作的或第三方提供的html代码，以确保在不同的邮件客户端/平台上有良好的渲染结果。如果有需要则进行更正。
· 通过邮件平台上传邮件内容，创建测试列表并且部署营销邮件
· 编写动态内容并匹配营销邮件中的变量来使邮件能够自定义并具有多版本可控性。
· 能对自己的工作进行质量检验同样能够带领同事来检查邮件的设置和编写，以此来保证正确率。
· 能够对问题进行修正
· 与营销经理或者客户经理进行合作并沟通修正的请求以及产品的部署安排
· 能够在期限内完成内容的发布
· 能在邮件的***实践以及培训他人上有专业的表现
任职要求：
· 具有四年本科/专科技术学历
· 在html，adobe套件上有专业技术能力 （dreamweaver）
· 理解网页开发的工具或者技术，例如：flash，css，photoshop

Position Summary:
the email developer is responsible for coding, set-up, and deployment of HTML and text email content within the ExactTarget platform, as well as various other email platforms used by Merkle.
position responsibilities:
· manipulating and coding email assets, typically from layered artwork files, into HTML
· render test and analyze Merkle coded, as well as 3rd party provided, HTML to ensure proper rendering across ISPs and platforms; edit HTML as necessary
· upload content, create proofing lists and set up email campaigns within the email platform
· code dynamic content and map variables within the campaign set up to drive versioning and customization of the emails
· perform own work as well as conducting peer review of campaign set up and coding to ensure accuracy
· change rounds
· working with campaign manager/account managers in coordinating and communicating content change requests and production schedule
· meeting deadlines for content publication
· serving as expert on email best practices and educating others
position qualifications:
· technical degree from a 4-year university or a technical school
