Responsibility/职责：

· Check and archive technician’s service report

检查工程师服务报告和存档

· Record service summary form as per service report

根据服务报告登记Summary表

· Upload service report to SAP system

将服务报告上传至SAP系统

· Renew the company / product brochure database

管理公司电子资料资源

· Maintain the brochure stock in case for brochures updating or shortage

维护打印资料的产品库存（资料版本更新或库存不足）

· Brochures mailing according to Customers‘requirements.

根据客户需求安排产品资料寄送

· Assist the communication department to draft document

协助部门完成文档性内容的撰写

· Support events preparation and administration if needed

辅助部门活动的准备及办公室日常工作

· Documents translation

文件翻译

Requirements/要求:

· Junior students and major in liberal arts preferred;
大三学生，文科相关专业优先

· Good English communication, CET-4 or above;
良好英语沟通，英语4级以上者；

· Good command of Microsoft office.
良好的办公软件应用能力；

· Ability to work 3 days at least per week;
每周至少能工作3天；

· Smart, hard working and responsible
