Job Title: PD Learning & Development Intern

Job Description:

Support innovation/rapid prototyping in Makerspace (e.g., 3D printers, scanners, app development) and coach others

Maintain technical training SharePoint site, such as build up new functions or make page adjustment per request

Support technical training scheduling/administration (e.g. classroom setup, record training attendance data)

Support training content development (e.g., video capture and editing)

Support team administration work and other tasks assigned by team leader

Qualifications:

Undergraduate or graduate in school now, can work at least 4 days a week for a one-year period.

Prefer to have rapid prototyping experience, IT knowledge on website creation, SharePoint maintenance or familiar with HTML 5 language

Familiar with Microsoft Office, Camtasia and Photoshop

Lab management experience or familiar with 3D printing/scanning is a plus

Good communication (oral & written) skills in English, cultural awareness

Willing to learn, can-do spirit and good team player
