Purpose:
- To support Asia Finance routine and admin work
Job Responsibilities:
- Month End/Quarter End: Support Asia finance month end reporting, not limited to reports running, deadline Reminders to divisions...
- Post Month End: Filling Month End/Quarter End binders;
- Support Asia office expense collection and summary
- Various projects or tasks assigned by superior;
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or Master Degree, Finance or Accounting major related
- Good command in English in Oral & Written
- Can work 2-3 days per week, Thursday and Friday would be better
- Positive and hard work attitude
- Senior Student, First-year Graduate or Second-year graduate student.
Physical Demands:
- Normal amount of sitting or standing, average mobility to move around an office and plant environment, able to conduct normal amount of work at a computer, requires travel.
