Associate Consultant

This position provides you with on-the-job training with opportunity to participate in critical projects in various industries. You will :

？ Be exposed to broad industries with global multi-national corporations

？ Develop into an industry specialist in key growth segments:

Healthcare, IT & Telecom, HR

？ Regional transfers to:

Tokyo, Taipei, Hong Kong, Beijing, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok , South Korea and Singapore

Job Description:

1. Well understand clients’ job description and requirement

2. Research and source for best-fit candidates through :

(a) cold calls

(b) directory/trade publication

(c) other networks

(d) current database

(e) telephone screening

3. Assess candidates’ eligibly and suitability on behalf of clients

4. Arrange face to face interview between clients and candidates

5. Provide professional consultation on employment markets.

6. Manage expectation of clients and candidates to close assignment successfully and expeditiously.

7. Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with clients, candidates and colleagues.
