Position Description

The incumbent will be responsible for planning and implementing strategy for reaching out to potential GTIIT students. S/he will be part of designing and executing variety of student recruitment activities including school visits, organizing and attending education expos, conducting student workshops and parents' sessions to facilitate relationship building and promote awareness about the university. S/he will also be involved in devising various other plans to engage students to give them insight about the university. Furthermore, they will be responsible for developing a detailed communication plan for prospective students and devising a strategy to engage students from different parts of China.

Duties and Responsibilities

Help draw up enrollment plan and report to superiors; Assist with university promotion, including but not limited to preparing promotion materials, contacting media and advertisement companies, organizing consulting sessions, visiting schools, etc.; Contact key high schools in and outside Guangdong province and gather information about student sources; Organize placement test etc. before enrollment. Prepare student admission documents and record relevant information; Help with gathering, organizing and transferring student files. Prepare annual work summary and analysis.

Required Job Specifications

Required Qualification Bachelor degree or above

Required Experience Preferably one year or more in a higher education institute in similar capacity
