Job description:
A secretary position is available at Institute of Biology and Information Science (IBIS) in East China Normal University (ECNU). IBIS is a newly established research center located in the downtown of Shanghai. IBIS provides an international work environment and enrolls both domestic and overseas' researchers and students. The candidate is expected to assist the foreign professor to manage the laboratory, including documentary issues, accounting, meeting organization, language translation, and so on.
Qualifications:
Highly responsible and cooperative individuals are awaited. Experience (education background) on biological sciences is advantageous but not essential. Applicants should have a college degree, computer skills, and a high communication skill in Chinese and English or Japanese.
Employment status: Full-time or Part-time (negotiable)
Working place: 3663 Zhongshan Rd (N), Shanghai, China
Start date: As soon as possible
Compensation: Depends on the applicant's experience and ECNU's regulation
