HML Sales (Home Mortgage Loan Sales Representative） Job Duty: To assist Manager to develop cooperation channels of mortgage business in accordance to the Bank’s lending policies and guidelines. To submit market research report and information of competitors, make proper suggestion and recommendation on improvement of work procedures. To liaise with Mainland branch colleagues and external cooperation channels to help resolve their problems and requirements. To compile Mainland mortgage related reports and statistics, and conduct primary analysis. Job Requirement: Diploma graduate or above. 1-3 years' sales experience is preferred.Knowledge of Mainland property market and mortgage operations. Sense of responsibility, sensitive and strong analytical skills on property market.
