Essential requirements:
-Bachelor Degree – Engineering background specialized in Machine Construction Technology;
-Technical knowledge: reading and interpretation of technical drawings, machine parts, tolerances, dimensional control;
-5+ yrs. working experiences in Automotive Industry quality function,
-Familiar with TS16949/ISO14001/OHSAS18001 system;
-Familiar with the quality tools eg. APQP,FMEA,MSA,SPC,8D, DOE, good at problem solving skills, like 6 Sigma,
-Good leadership and communication skill.
-Able to read, write and communicate in English.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
-Involved all quality activities of new project ( APQP/PPAP/SOP stage )
-APQP/PPAP phase
-Leading the advanced quality planning(APQP) activities on new product with ME
-Escalate the quality risk during the product & process development( MQ2/PPAP)
-Guarantee the process performance in good condition according to Delphi’s procedure ( MQ2/LSR/PPAP etc.)
-Assure related documents are readied with ME according to delphi’s procedure, included making quality specification if needed
-Tracking & Following process quality qualification & open issues
-SOP phase
-Strive for Quality performance excellence at DDS Yantai through top line growth
-Implement Diesel product quality initiatives and support health & safety, cost, lean & inventory.
-Integrated Team Quality expertise and coordinate cross-functional.
-Support to accomplish daily, weekly, monthly FTQ analysis and lead cross function team to solve the issues.
-Nonconforming product control in shop floor.
-Process capability monitoring and improvement.
-Maintain the control plans with cross function and ensure the control plans are efficient.
-Lead the starting audit and periodical production line process audit.
-Support customer quality function to analyse and solve customer issue, ensure the CR are closed in a timely fashion.
