Job responsibility:
- Receive, screen all incoming phone calls and connect them to appropriate personnel
- Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.
- Stationery management
- Audit Cleaning & Greenery Service management & other office management support
- Support for the communication, coordination and implementation of important activities/conference
- Office express management
- Help employees’ travel arrangement, excluding management team
- Ad hoc responsibilities assigned by manager.

Requirement:
- Undergraduate or Postgraduate student;
- At least working 3-4 days per week;
- Detail and diligent;
