Responsibilities:
- Material Master Data maintenance in SAP, including safety stock, MOQ.
- Release purchase requisition according to project schedule.
- Closely cooperate with END/MFO/PJM & internal MAT team during the projects.
- Prepare and update missing parts list regularly.
- Calculate the parts availability of on-going projects
- Monitor the materials inventory.
- Lead plant tour regularly and monitor all the open points
- Release purchasing order according to purchasing requisition
- Supplier delivery follow up and performance tracking
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree
- Fluent English spoken, reading and writing
- SAP knowledge
- Experience of project management, material planning and procurement is preferred
- Good communication skill and strong sense of responsible
- Willingness to work and interact in a team
