Responsibilities工作职责：
- Achievement Supply chain cost target in BE region SCM KPI monitoring & follow up
- Optimization warehouse process
- Optimization Domestic transport process
- Setup new warehouse including operation process and system process (both warehouse management system and inventory management system)
- Negotiate with international transportation service provider
- Projects for international transportation
Requirements 任职要求：
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree, prefer to the majors in supply chain management, logistics, industrial engineering, operations management, etc
- Lean and Continuous Improvement Process oriented
- Strong analytical skills
- Min.2 years’ working experience in manufacturing Supply Chain related fields(planning, sourcing, operations, distribution, logistics, controlling, etc)
- Knowledge of statistical forecasting, inventory theory and optimization models are preferred
- Knowledge of ERP system, i.e. SAP, Oracle, etc, with basic knowledge of planning and material management modules
- Strong English language capability (both Spoken and Written), additional Chinese and/or German skills are helpful
- Microsoft office - (Minimum skill: Power point, Excel, Word. Preferred skill: Access, Visio)
- Consumer goods sector preferred
- International mindset, team spirit, well organized and easy going
