Responsibilities工作职责：
- Secure a smooth production and high productivity through process improvement
- Contact window with project team and product planner team for product releasing and process releasing
- Work as SMT process engineer for internal DMD implementation and process improvement.
- Create the specification for the equipment according to process specification and product specific needs.
- Defined the ramp up plan for new line and new product.
- Process standardization and symmetrical improvement.
- Training of technician for daily equipment troubleshooting & process improvement.
- New project implementation, EWAK prepareation, includes the tooling/fixture ordering, release and product release according the planned schedule

Requirements 任职要求：
- Bachelor Degree or above in Electronics or equipment engineering;
本科及以上学历，电子或设备相关专业；
- Familiar with EXCEL, PPT
熟悉运用EXCEL 和PPT
- Self-motivated, excellent communication skills and team spirit;
积极主动，优秀的沟通能力和团队合作精神；
- English written and verbal;
英语听说读写流利；
- Willingness to work and interact in international teams.
