Responsibility:

Data analysis SAP/ Infor XA/BI

Sourcing preparation work

Tracking tasks to suppliers

Contract Filing and Contract Chop

Administration work

系统数据录入整理

采购准备工作

合同的管理及合同盖章

部门行政工作及上级安排的其他工作

Requirement：

Be good at Windows Office tools, such as Excel and PPT

English reading capability

Good working attitude

University student

Can be work at Pingan Office 3 or four days every week

熟练使用excel/ppt等办公软件

较好的英文读写能力

良好的工作态度，要求为本科或研究生在校生，专业不限，每周能保证3或4天出勤。
