Responsibility:
· Data analysis—SAP/ Infor XA/BI
· Sourcing preparation work
· Tracking tasks to suppliers
· Contract Filing and Contract Chop
· Administration work
· 系统数据录入分析整理
· 采购准备工作
· 合同的管理及合同盖章
· 部门行政工作及上级安排的其他工作
Requirement：
· Be good at Windows Office tools, such as Excel and PPT
· English reading capability
· Good working attitude
· University student
· Can be work at Pingan Office 3 or four days every week
· 熟练使用excel/ppt等办公软件
· 较好的英文读写能力
· 良好的工作态度，要求为本科或研究生在校生，专业不限，每周能保证3或4天出勤。
