Responsibilities:to gather and collect data information in relation to the exhibition organizers,industries,market sectors,exhibitor and visitors and etcorganize,scan and store all the required materials collected from the trade fairsassist the manager to prepare and document after-show report for each visitresponsible for data input,verification and maintainance of a clean data base systemprovide clerical support and perform ad hoc tasks as requiredRequirements:degree or college degree with any discipline1-2 years solid working experience and knowledge of trade fair industry is an advantagegood organizational skill and communicational skillsindependent,mature,confident,result-oriented,reliable and strong sense of responsibilitiesgood command of both written and spoken English is a mustflexible to working hours and willing to work outdoor during weekend or shift duty is a mustfresh graduates will also be considered岗位职责：1、外出搜集如展会的组织、行业、市场推广、参展商及观众类型等相关信息；2、将搜集的信息进行筛选、分类、整理和汇总；3、协助部门主管完成各类展会分析报告；4、不断更新及维护已有的相关展会信息，保持信息的有效性；5、上级主管安排的其他相关工作；职位要求：1、大学本科学历，专业不限；2、可接受应聘毕业生，拥有1-2年展会相关工作经验优先考虑；3、具有流利的英文表达能力和娴熟的英文书面表达能力；4、具备良好的组织能力、沟通能力和交际能力；5. 能独立工作，责任心强，适应不定期出差；
