概述：
主要负责精益制造和精益物流知识的培训和执行，推进精益活动和精益项目，从而提升工厂精益成熟度。

岗位职责：
1.在工厂推进持续改进标准的执行，并且跟踪标准执行的情况，及时响应偏差
2.准备精益相关培训的材料，支持精益导师开展培训课程
3.支持工厂推进布局优化设计，工时测量，产线平衡，以及物流规划
4.负责周期性报告的准备，数据收集，以及文件化CI的流程
5.支持工厂的精益改善项目，发现潜在改善点

技能和学历要求：
1.大学本科及以上学历，工业工程相关专业，熟练的MS-Office 技能
2.优秀的英语读写能力，基本的英语口语能力
3.工艺工程背景优先
4.良好的沟通能力
5.有汽车行业实习经验者优先

GENERAL SUMMARY:
Responsibility for lean manufacturing / logistic knowledge training and implementation. Conduct lean workshop and lean saving project to lead plant maturity improvement.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Implement CI standards in plant, follow up the standard status and response for the deviation.
2. Prepare the lean basic knowledge training material, support CI mentor on lean training.
3. Support plant CI colleagues on layout design, cycle time measurement, line balance, and material flow design.
4. Support on regular report preparation, data collection, and CI procedure documentation.
5. Assistant on CI meeting/event organization, workshop and training arrangement.
6. Support plant team on the lean saving project, and looking for potential improvement point.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
1. University degree in Industrial Engineering, familiar on MS-office skill.
2. Excellent English skill on read and write, basic on oral.
3. Process Engineering background is preferred.
4. Good communication skill.
5. Internship experience in automobile industry will be preferable.
