Specific responsibilities

To learn on the job in the areas of Marketing and Sales Function for 24 months period.

Marketing research: apply different marketing research tools and seek a wide range data sources to collect valid and updated marketing data, in order to generate insightful marketing reports to the team.

To define (after approval) and execute the sales/account plans, derived from the various industry segment strategies and the segment sales plan, and realize the yearly sales target (eg. Contribution Margin) and account objectives.

To coordinate Application activities and provide some technical supports to own team and/or other teams if needed.

To interaction with internal organization.

Education and experience

Minimal Bachelor’s Degree in life sciences and material sciences related or business/management related fields.

Basic knowledge on industry and markets.

Basic knowledge of Financial Planning & Management.

Experienced in sales, technical service, and application development as a plus.

Strong business acumen.

Proficiency in English.

Job Related Competency

Competences to use appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to gain acceptance of an idea.

Able to build effective working relationships with other people.

Able to work under pressure and stress tolerance.

Good team player.
