工作职责：

包括分子克隆，重组蛋白表达纯化以及以蛋白质为靶标的药物开发项目。

任职要求：

1）工作积极主动，具有生物化学相关本科以上学历；

2）有较强的生物化学或生物物理学背景，有蛋白质纯化，蛋白质与底物互作相关经验（有FPLC，SPR，ITC，EMSA，MST，CD，FP，FRET或者蛋白结晶相关经验者优先考虑）；

3）优秀的中英文沟通能力。

The genome regulation laboratory is interested to decipher the code that determines when, where and at which levels genes are expressed and contributes to the emerging field of mammalian biology synthetic biology to enhance the reprogramming and programming of cell states. We use next generation sequencing and bioinformatics tools to study the genome binding profiles of TFs and integrate it with gene expression data. We further perform structural and biochemical studies to understand the basis for the DNA recognition by those proteins. Finally, we use the insights to design synthetic proteins and use them to induce pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) and program cellular differentiation with the aim to produce functional cells. This way we will be able to effectively direct cell fate decisions to obtain optimized cell types for replacement therapies and diseases modeling. We seeking highly motivated and creative individuals to join our team to support these endeavors.

A MSc degree and a strong background in molecular biology and biochemistry is mandatory. Good computer skills and a high level of English are beneficial as work will be done in an international team and will involve interactions with international collaborators. The new team member is expected to contribute to scientific publications as lead or contributing author.
