Responsibilities:
Provide tech. support on product issues.
Work with worldwide cross-functional teams from very beginning phase.
Develop and debug Probe, F/T, Characterization, Evaluation software and hardware.
Work with design, system, application and quality engineer to improve product quality issue product reports and work with mass production manufacturing sites.
Perform analysis on Customer Quality Incident and implement containment solutions.
Support qualifications (fab, probe, assembly or final test site transfers, package qualifications, etc.).
Requirements:
Master degree or above in Electrical, Electronics.
Knowledge on product yield & cost improvement and/or NPI start-up.
Proven skills in failure analysis, test software programming, statistical analysis, VLSI design, and/or test methodology development.
Knowledge of UNIX/LINUX, Perl, C/C++, and assembly language programming is an added advantage.
Knowledge & application of statistical process controls.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
