Roles and Responsibilities:
● Indirect material groups sourcing in local market, new products supply chain set up, localization, and vendor development
● Implementation of regional material field strategy.
● Check purchasing requisitions and issue purchasing orders.
● Conduct RfQ process including sourcing decision according to signature rules.
● Conclude and manage contracts.
● Mentorship for assigned suppliers including release, evaluate, eliminate suppliers (operational supplier management).
● Ensure purchasing order process.
Qualification Requirement:
● Bachelor Degree required. Commercial majors required. Engineering major is a plus.
● Fluent English both in written and spoken.
● German language is a plus.
● Willingness to frequent travels (in China and possible AP)
● Pro-active working style and ability
● Open-minded, responsible and a good team player.
● Excellent communication skill and ability to influence.
