工作职责
1. Initiate test method & plan for new design or design change on vehicle wiper motor;
2. Issue sample & test request acc to process, and coordinate with sample engineer & test engineer in the plant to fnish sample building & test acc to project timing requirement;
3. Initiate sample concept with design engineer for effective validation;
4. Analyze test failure and find root cause. Provide design improvement proposal;
5. Summarize development release report, including theoretical analysis, simulation, and sample test, based on the overview of whole development process;
6. As platform engineer, support customer project teams in global about product information and validation method

KPI (Key Performance Index)
1. Brush DC motor knowledge;
2. Mechanical parts engineering/test & validation knowledge.
3. Good communication in Mandarin & English.
