Responsibilities工作职责：

- Responsibility for assigned calibration work packages with respect to fulfillment of requirements, quality, time and effort
负责被指派的标定工作，对工程要求，质量，时间以及所需人力成本负责
- Supporting the estimation of effort and planning of work package
支持人力成本预估以及工作包的计划
- Supporting further development of standard calibration work package
支持标准标定工作包的进一步开发升级
- Performing customer presentations
负责面对客户的技术演示
- Contact person for working package related customer queries
回答并支持与所负责的工作包相关客户技术问题
- Participation on test trips
参加道路试验
- Feedback to function development regarding functional improvements
向功能开发小组反馈与功能开发有关的改进意见
- Regular status reporting of the assigned work package to project and line manager
向项目经理和直接经理定期汇报所负责的工作包的具体情况
Requirements任职要求：
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Electronics or equivalent Engineering;
本科或以上学历，车辆工程或相关专业；
- Knowledge of powertrain system including engine and transmission;
熟悉动力总成，包括发动机和变速箱的相关知识；
- Experience in engine control unit or TCU or HCU/VCU is appreciated;
具有ECU (或者TCU/HCU/VCU) 经验的优先考虑；
- Self motivated, excellent communication skills and team spirit;
积极主动，优秀的沟通能力和团队合作精神；
- English written and verbal;
英语听说读写流利；
- Willingness to work and interact in international teams.
