Position Summary:
As a key part of the LC process in China, a telesales should focus on communicating customer to understand the consequences of the issue and pushing them to sit down to discussion with us on a commercial resolution.

Essential Job Functions/Accountabilities:
? Work with sales and partners to gather suspected unauthorized users;
? Contact the senior person of the suspected companies to explain the situation and request for a legalization action;
? Set up discussions between our field sales and suspected companies to negotiate a commercial solution;
? Assist and participate enforcement actions to selected companies who refuse to comply;
? Gather market information about license violation cases, targeting company clients
? Work with legal team for any potential legal case discussion and actions if necessary

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
? Major in Legal, solid knowledge in foundation part of legal;
? Know software industry, EDA/CAE software industry is preferred;
? Familiar with China local law and the process of law suit process;
? Have similar background as License Compliance sales specialist in the industry;
? Strong negotiation skill, communication skill, should be tough and sales driven
