About the Program
This 3 year rotational program will aim to accelerate your early career development through diverse experiences that will put you on the path for a future HR leadership role. You’ll experience challenging job rotations, which will be complemented by formal learning and coaching.
We will give you a breadth of experience in the core areas of our HR model, including HR Operations; Business embedded HR functions and the HR Centre of Excellence. We will also give you the opportunity to spend time outside of HR in a different function where you can gain experience closer to our customers. Your experience may be across different areas such as Research & Development, Commercial, Manufacturing, or other relevant business areas. The aim is to accelerate your early career development through diverse experiences and put you on the path for a future leadership role at GSK within the HR community and beyond.

Requirements

In order to be successful on the program, we’ll expect you to manage projects and prioritize a variety of tasks effectively. This means you’ll need to build working relationships with people at all levels of our organization. In addition, you’ll analyze information and report your findings, so we can identify and understand trends, insights and facts. We’ll also look to you to help research and source this information. Not least, we want you to keep developing new skills and knowledge wherever you find the opportunity. In further details:

Essential Criteria:
(1) Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
(2) 3.0 GPA or above
(3) High level of business English
(4) Location mobility across country and willingness to travel internationally

Desirable Criteria:
(1) Demonstrated leadership experience through organizations and activities
(2) Strong analytical skills; as well as a solid business acumen
(3) Experience working and interpreting metrics
(4) Additional language preferred (or business English if English is not first language)
(5) Ambition
