About the Program
Work in a function (Production/Quality) as start to build
?1. Experience with GSK and the team
?2. Functional hands-on experience
?3. Basic understanding of processes/systems/equipments
?4. Basic understanding of GMP/QMS/EHS etc.
?5. Opportunity to be involved in project work to build cross team experience and project management experience
?6. Opportunity to understand Lean/Six Sigma knowledge and apply it during work
?7. Opportunity to learn about team management and develop leadership skill
?8. Opportunity to rotate across functions
?9. Opportunity to rotate across sites
?10. Regular career discussion with line manager
After certain time in this program, you will have opportunity to participate the selection for GMS Global Future Leaders Program.
Requirements
?1. Bachelor or Master Degree. Major in Pharmacy, Machinery, Chemistry, Automation, Supply Chain Management preferred
?2. Basic understanding of processes/systems/equipments
?3. Basic understanding of GMP/QMS/EHS etc.
?4. Good learning agility
?5. Good communication skills
