职责Responsibilities:

Plan, conduct and supervise assigned design work for thermomanagement modules and its components

Create competitive thermomanagement solutions according to market and customer requirements by working with application, testing, simulation, return parts analysis, production, purchasing, and suppliers together

Design thermomanagement module and its components by using tolerance analysis and design for manufacture and assembly methodology according to market and customer requirements

Create 3D models by using CAD software (e.g. Creo)

Prepare and release engineering drawings and product specifications for thermomanagement module and its components

Conduct value analysis to keep product competitiveness

Develop design FMEA, and design verification plan, and work together with application, simulation, testing, and return parts analysis team to ensure product robustness

要求Requirements:

PhD, majored in mechanical engineering, mechatronics engineering etc.

Good command of English or German both in speaking and writing

Knowledge of design for manufacture and assembly related to complex mechatronic products with components made from plastic, metal, rubber, etc.

Skill in operation of CAD software (e.g. Creo) to create complex 3D models

Knowledge of injection molding process for plastic parts

Knowledge of machining and forming processes for metal parts

Knowledge of engine cooling system, thermomanagement module and its sub-functions (e.g. port seal, gear train, shaft seal, mounting, etc)

Skill in negotiating; exchanging ideas, information and opinions with others to arrive jointly at decisions, conclusions or solutions
