Location: 北京市朝阳区三元桥佳程广场B座25层

Responsibilities:

l 协助公司车批售流程，包括付款、过户、物流运输、单证发放等工作;

l 负责公司车的销售数据统计、经销商车辆竞拍信息处理，管理业务报表;

l 推进批售申请审批流程，并在出现问题时联系各负责人进行解决;

l 完成京牌车过户对接，建立良好客户关系，维护渠道发展;

l 与财务、物流、行政、合规、控制等部门协同，控制风险点;

l 负责二手车团队的采购计划的更新与维护，建立PR/PO等;

l 月末相关对接工作的报表分析与汇总;

Provide comprehensive support for Company Car Wholesale Business including paying for pre-owned car, transferring vehicles ownership, informing logistics and dispatching customs documents.

Update sales report everyday and make proposal for registered/unregistered Ex-company car.

Proceeding the approval process and liaising with PA regarding any issue incurred during the application process.

Channel development maintenance such as transferring Registered vehicles ownership timely.

Cooperation with Department of Finance and Controlling, Logistics, Administration to achieve risk-proof.

Support the implementation of purchase request (PR) and purchase Order(PO) in SAP.

Assist other teams to sum up and analysis on month-end closing process.

Qualifications:

l Good command of English.

l Details-Oriented and good implementation skills.

l Quick learner, initiative, self motivated.

英语能力较好

工作负责，认真细致，做事有条理

Requirements:

l Graduateafter 2017

l 5 days/week, at least 6 months

l Onboardin ASAP

非应届毕业生，2017年以后毕业，可尽快入职，每周5天，至少6个月

Wage：

3000RMB/month (full time, after tax) 薪水: 3000/月(全勤，税后)
