EXPECTATIONS ANDTASKS
YOURRESPONSIBILITIES:
Supporting our implementation partners in the customizationof our product
Communicating with customers and partners in order toidentify, understand and solve product-specific problems
Exchange of information relevant to a problem
Close collaboration with Maintenance team of R&D fordeep technical issues
Creating of system configurations that mimic the customer'sor partner's scenario
EDUCATION ANDQUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
A degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, orsubstantial previous experience
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Excellent written and spoken English
Ideally, knowledge of a second language
WORK EXPERIENCE
2+years in software engineering (J2EE, REST, SOAP, AJAX, Spring Framework)
Ideally2+ years in product support
Experience in international projects, internationalizedapplication development, or globally operating companies
Experience with Tomcat, Weblogic or WebSphere would be aplus
