Responsibilities:
- Handle switchboard, receiving and transferring phone calls and transmit messages in good manners
- Conduct other administration duties, such as booking lunch, visa issues, shuttle bus/sharing-taxi management, name card, beverage, birthday cake ticket, marriage gift, etc
- Receive, direct visitors cordially and keep visitor registration record
- Sort and distribute incoming mails, newspaper and magazines in timely manner
- Quick feedback on company activities and complete related work on time
- Organize satisfaction survey once a year
- Manage the commercial insurances' declaration and termination once a month, and coordinate with the vendor of commercial insurance company for insurance claim, change list and support when employee need, ensure the accuracy of employee information record in commercial insurance company
- Make future appointments and answer inquiries as required

Requirements:
- College degree or above, one year related working experience, foreign company working experience preferred
- Good English skills, both in spoken and written
- Supportive working attitude
- Good at basic office software application
- Good interpersonal skills and organization skills
- Responsible and responsive working attitude
