Responsibilities工作职责：
- Rotations in BPS, Supply Chain and Technical functions. Actively involvement in the company’s business operation system and process.
- Take lead to finish assigned projects during JMP period proactively.
- Future successor of Production Manager for responsible product in the plant.
- Build a stable and high-performance production team. And be responsible for Workshop management, 5S, Productivity, Delivery, etc.
- CIP (Continuous Improvement Program) in manufacturing area. Provide support on productivity improvement and cost reduction program, etc.
- Effective control of production planning and delivery;
- Cross department communication and influence to others.
Requirements 任职要求：
- Master degree or above
- Fluent oral and written English;
- Future oriented and result oriented;
- Good communication skills and problem solving skills;
- Oversea work experience will be preferred;
- At least 3-5 years’ work experiences in manufacturing companies;
