实习职位名称：Communication Coordinator公关实习生

工作地点：北京市朝阳区环球金融中心

职位要求：新闻系相关专业的本科/硕士，能够尽快入职，实习期为6个月，每周4-5天。如果有以下实习经验者为佳，中英文写作良好，女生优先。

上岗时间：能尽快上岗

Key responsibilities:

· Maintain corporate website and intranet. Produce BP China newsletter through creating content, selecting photography, and designing web pages.

· Provide design, editing and translation to internal communications notes.

· Manage internal emails communications, and track their effectiveness by deploying the Dotmailer tool.

· Provide support to BP China WeChat communications.

· Update corporate communications products. Ensure existing products are maintained timely and properly.

· Coordinate key internal communications activities, e.g. senior executives’ town hall.

· Responsible for media events/interviews coordination, organization and implementation.

· Support daily media monitoring. Maintain media database and serves as a liaison to media outlets.

· Coordinate and support day-to-day operations of Communications team.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree or above

· Good English and Chinese writing and editing ability

· Strong Microsoft Office (Word/PowerPoint/Excel/Outlook) and photo-editing skills

· Excellent coordination and collaboration skills

· Attention to details and keen to learn

· Experience in public relations, media, or social media is preferred
