岗位职责
--研究巴塞尔新资本协议III的主要内容及中国银监会实施新资本协议的相关监管规定；
--调研银行风险管理实际操作，参与银行全面风险管理体系建设；
--分析银行客户8大类主要风险，为客户的风险管理的转型升级提供解决方案及专业建议；
--开发、验证、优化违约概率PD、违约损失率LGD等风险计量模型；
--参与咨询项目，进行业务访谈、资料分析，在高级顾问指导下完成数据分析、统计和编程等相关具体工作；
--咨询经理负责管理项目团队及项目递交。
任职资格
--具有强烈的使命感与责任感；
--富于挑战精神，具有迎难而上信心；
--很强的自我调节与抗压能力；
--较强的团队合作意识和积极主动性，有奉献精神和创业精神；
--无专业及学位限制。优先考虑专业：金融数学、金融工程学、金融学、统计学、数学、财务管理、会计、计算机相关专业；
--咨询经理要求三年及以上相关工作经验；
--管理实习生要求为在读硕士或博士生；
--有较强的文字表达能力和沟通能力，英语六级以上者优先；
--熟练使用WORD、POWER POINT、Excel等办公软件；能够使用VBA、SAS、SPSS等定量分析工具者优先；
--具有银行或咨询工作实习经验者优先，有CFA、FRM、CIA、CPA资格者优先；
--能够适应出差。

Job Positons

Job Description
--Research on Basel New Capital Accord and CBRC s regulations for the implementing of the New Capital Accord (BII and BIII);
--Understand bank s risk management practice & participate in ERM framework related projects for banks;
--Analyze risks faced by banks, and provide risk management solutions and recommendations for banks;
--Involve in consulting projects, responsible for interviews, materials analysis, data analysis, statistical analysis and programming amongst other specific tasks;
-for managers to manage project delivery process by concerting the efforts of all members of relevant project team.
Qualification requirements
--With a clear vision and strong sense of responsibility;
--Full confidence in dealing challenges;
--Self-motivated and performing well under stress;
--good team player with entrepreneurial spirits and initiatives;
--No major and/or academic certification requirements. However, for interns, candidates are preferred for the following majors: financial mathematics, financial engineering, finance, statistics, applied mathematics, economics, accounting, financial management, computer science, or software development, etc. Master and/or PhD. candidates are required for interns;
--Proficiency in WORD，POWER POINT, Excel;
--Fluency in both Oral and Written Chinese and English,CET6 or above preferred;
--Programming experience of using VBA, SAS, Matlab，SPSS is preferred;
--Bank or consulting experience preferred;
--CFA、FRM、CIA、CPA qualification preferred;
--Willingness to travel;
--Graduates from Shandong province preferred.
