[软件研发工程师]
工作职责：
开发用于异构计算系统的设计自动化工具
为使用FPGA和GPU作为加速平台，进行算法优化设计
设计和实现测试环境

所需的技能和经验：

有较强的C或C 编程能力
有算法开发、GPU优化或RTL硬件设计的经验
硕士学位（CS/ EE），或相关行业2年以上的经验
加分技能：
有编译器优化的经验
有FPGA高层次综合（High-Level Synthesis）设计经验
有复杂的算法和系统设计优化经验

[Tool Development Engineer]
Job Responsibilities:
Developing algorithms for heterogeneous computing system design automation
Implementing design optimizations for acceleration kernels on FPGA and GPU
Design and implementing the testing environment for the automation tools and acceleration designs

Required Skills and Experience
Strong programming skills in C or C
Experience in algorithm development, GPU optimization or hardware RTL design
Master degree in CS/EE departments or over 2-year experience in the related industry

Bonus conditions
Experience in compiler optimizations
Experience in high-level synthesis design in FPGA
Experience in design optimization of complex algorithms or systems
