Report to: Talent Management Director, Human Resources
 
Responsibilities:
? Support on training activities and coordination work including curriculum schedule arrangement, registration consolidation, after-class evaluation, material printing (vendor management), payment, etc.
? Facilitate on data collection, data handling, and report generation.
? Effectively coordinate with HR related projects and meetings
? Support HRVP and Talent Management Director such as calendar management, meeting room booking, etc
Requirements:
? Graduate student major in HRM or management related, overseas study experience will be a plus. Chinese nationality is a mandatory.
? Experience: Internship experience related to HR work & experience in MNC is preferred
? Good English communication will be a must
? Confident, self-motivated paying attention to specific details, flexible and determined to get the work done
? Advanced skills in Ms Word, PowerPoint and Excel
? Ability to continuously learn and implement area of improvements
? Ability to organize and communicate with team members
? Ability to prioritize and multitask
? Take initiatives, team player, able to work under pressure
? Able to work in the office at least 3~4 days a week, commitment for at least 2 Months 公司简要介绍：
