Responsibilities工作职责：

-48V E-machine requirement specification and management derived from customerrequirement, market trends, standard analysis. Product management techniquesupport;

通过客户需求分析，市场技术趋势和法规跟踪以及平台开发，进行48V电机系统的需求技术规范定义和管理，产品管理技术支持；

-48V E-machine Vehicle system integration and application for customer project;

客户项目48V电机系统车辆系统集成与应用，项目技术管理；

-E-machine test on test-bench and vehicle, failure analysis;

电机台架测试及整车测试，失效分析；

-Technique interface to customer and Bosch，project technique development coordinationand management according to internal process;

-对客户和博世的技术接口，按照内部流程对客户项目的技术开发协调与管理；

-Developmentstandard, process and tool building-up and improvement.

开发标准，流程和工具的建立和不断改进。

Requirements任职要求：

-Master degree or above in Automotive, Vehicle Engineering, Automation orrelated area;

汽车、车辆工程、自动控制等相关专业硕士及以上学历；

-Familiar with working and control theory of engine, transmission and othervehicle component, good knowledge of Hybrid control system functiondevelopment, experienced in related development and simulation tools;

熟悉发动机、变速箱等整车零部件的工作、控制工作原理，具有混动控制系统功能开发经验，并熟练使用相关开发、仿真工具；

-Good communication, teamwork and English skills.

良好的沟通,团队合作及英语水平。
