Position: Marketing System Assistant


Location：Shanghai

Department: Consulting

Job Title and Description/名称及内容描述：

Start with data cleansing, research and system information quality control

Coordination with business user to ensure information accuracy and comprehensiveness,

Support daily helpdesk, regular reporting sets, simple system configuration

Work with the team to identify new user requirements, and develop creative solution.

Conducting structured data gathering, research and reporting analysis for management teams at different level of views, etc.

Job Qualifications /资格条件

Strong communication and writing skills in English is a must;

Logical thinking, strong capability and responsibility to drive problem solving, carefulness is a must;

Strong Excel and PowerPoint skill

Experience on Org consolidation, enterprise operation, sales supporting is preferred;

Experience with integration tools and mobile application development is a preferred;

A technical degree in computer science or a related discipline is preferred. Other degree holder will also be considered;

4 days availability per week, at least 6 months commitment is a must
