二、招聘执行与日常管理单位

三、岗位信息
招聘人数：1
工作地点：上海市静安区常德路800号
实习待遇：148元/天（税前）
工作内容：

1、Verify input VAT for Shanghai legal entity;
2、Prepare branch and legal entity's monthly VAT/local surcharge/stamp duty calculation and prepare the online tax filing submission;
3、Coordinate with treasury team and tax agent and make sure the tax fund arrive to corresponding tax account of each branch and the tax would be paid and filed on time each month;
4、Make relevant input for the Taiwan VAT data and upload accordingly on a bi-monthly basis;
5、 Assist the local tax agent in completing the tax registration process for the newly established stores;
6、 By quarter, obtain the branch profit allocation form in local tax bureau;
7、 Purchase fapiao for all the branch stores located in Shanghai after each month filing;
8、 For the newly set up stores in Shanghai, apply fapiao in the local tax bureau, purchase the fapiao machine and the relevant invoicing system from local tax bureau. Also apply for the fapiao quota increase in local tax bureau upon store's request. Coach the store managers to make sure they understand how to issue fapiao and assist the managers in copying tax before the monthly filing completion;
9、 Calculate the withholding tax for the 3rd party overseas vendors' payment and perform the contract / tax registration process in local tax bureau. Then collect the withholding tax completion after the tax bureau's review;
10、 By end of the month, coordinate with the tax agents to collect the relevant tax filing record and bank information by branch level and perform the reconciliation with other finance team members;
11、 Upload the tax returns by branch to a global GGT tool by end of each month;
12、 Set up PO for all the tax agent fees by month in the system;
13、 Assist the line manager on other administration issues such as prepare relevant documents for local tax bureau's ad-hoc requests and coordinate with local tax agent.
任职资格：
1、 Bachelor degree (accounting/tax background is preferred)
2、 Relevant accounting and tax knowledge/background is required;
