Shanghai Baozun e-Commerce Co., Ltd. was listed on NASDAQ. Alibaba and Chinese Softbank are its shareholders.It is a professional integrated e-commerce service provider which providing Internet marketing service, it service, customer service and logistics service for brand enterprises and retailers. Founding in early 2007, our headquarter base in Shanghai, and the branch distribution base in Hangzhou, Wujiang, Hong Kong, Taiwan. Now our total number of employees is over 2500. Baozun from May 2015 and it was the only brand e-Commerce service provider listed in US market so far.

Baozun has been acknowledged by most of the domestic and international brands. As the E-commence service partner, currently we are serving more than 100 brands such as Philips, Avent, Nike, Microsoft China, Schneider, Coach, Burberry, CK, Gonverse, ESPRIT, guess, I.T, Godiva, Starbucks, Haagen Dazs, American Standard, Dulux, GNC, Borghese, and etc.

Milestones of Baozun：

January 2007, incorporated in Shanghai;

April 2008, the first PHILPS Tmall store officially launched ;

November 11, 2012, daily sales exceeded 200 million RMB;

December 2014, the annual sales reached 5.2 billion RMB;

December 2009, Baozun e-Commerce was awarded the title of Taobao partner as one of the first generation e-commerce service provider;

May 2015, Baozun was listed on the Nasdaq;

November 11,2015, the daily sales at double 11 day exceeded 1.1 billion;
