Job title: Foreign team building company looking for ENERGETIC and CHEERFUL Facilitators. Job description: We are looking for junior facilitators for team building events in Shanghai. It is a part-time job, that means we need extra facilitators once in a while to support our senior facilitators. During our team building events, we need facilitators to take care of their game or a dedicated team throughout the event. Most of our activities are outdoor, so there is a lot of running. The facilitator job is to make sure everything is going smoothly with his/her team or the game he/she is responsible of. He/She distributes clues, overview games, cheer up the team, write down the chrono time and scores, and sometimes takes notes related to the performance. Candidates profile: - VERY cheerful- ENERGETIC- Extrovert/Outgoing- Proactive- Students with plenty of time (last years or Master for instance)- Love the Great Outdoor (and the sun)- Fluent in English- Smart- Good presentation Remark: ONLY if you are looking for a part-time or freelance job (NOT FULL-TIME), send us your resume AND a photograph.
