Work with other team member to organize or coordinatequality training programs for external customers. 创新教育专员主要负责管理协调 CHS健康公益业务的培训项目。和其他团队成员共同组织协调为外部客户的培训并保证培训质量。Responsibilities:l Draft the training plan for target customers on monthly/quarterly basis.制作针对目标客户群的月度季度培训计划.Reach quarterly training targets.达到每季度培训目标l Design training tools and documents for customers or students. Be creative to usethe latest technology or encourage students to learn & practice. 针对特定的客户或学生进行个性化设计培训资料和工具，并能够运用最新的技术鼓励学生学习练习思考。l Evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of program processes and makerecommendations for improvements and solutions 评估效率和效益并提供持续改进的建议和解决方案Qualifications/Requirements -1. Bachelor degree and/or above in medical，biomedical，biology，education relatedarea. 医学／生物医学／生物学／教育相关专业本科或以上学历2. Strong competency in program coordination.在项目协调方面有很强的竞争力3. Excellent written and oral communication skills.卓越的书写和口头表达能力4. Excellent reading and writing English skill.卓越的英文阅读或书写能力5. Flexibility, with ability to adapt to changing environments and roleresponsibilities.在变化的环境中能够灵活恰当处理事情并做角色转换Desired Characteristics 1. Work with other team member to organize orcoordinate quality training programs for external customers. 培训专员主要负责管理协调 CHS急诊心血管业务的培训项目。和其他团队成员共同组织协调为外部客户的培训并保证培训质量。Responsibilities:l Draft the training plan for target customers on monthly and quarterly basis.制作针对目标客户群的月度季度培训计划l Design training tools and documents for specific customers.针对特定的客户进行个性化设计培训资料和工具l Be the primary interface for customers and target facilities. Be the interfacewith internal and external parties to ensure all program logistics are on track.成为客户和目标机构主要的联系人, 是内外各部门的联系人保证所有项目的安排就绪l Secure and manage all program supplies, materials, and vendors within expectedschedules and budgets. Manage finances and invoicing for department 在预期的时间和预算内，担保管理所有培训项目相关的设施资料和合作方。管理负责财务相关凭证l Evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of program processes and makerecommendations for improvements and solutions 评估效率和效益并提供持续改进的建议和解决方案l Reach quarterly training targets. 达到每季度培训目标Qualifications/Requirements -1. Bachelor degree and/or above in medical or related area. 医学或相关专业本科或以上学历2. Strong competency in program coordination.在项目协调方面有很强的竞争力3. Excellent written and oral communication skills.卓越的书写和口头表达能力4. Strong customer service skills.较强的客户服务技巧5. Excellent written and oral English skill.卓越的英文书写和口语能力6.
