IT Trainer/IT 培训专员(全职) 内部IT支持德勤上海所
Responsibilities:
Responsible for delivering IT training courses such as new hire orientation, Windows & Office, internal application system, also need record the training information
Prepare training materials, user guide, FAQ from training, feedback collection and enhancement
Provide daily hotline support to Microsoft office, IT application system and SAP, maintain call log database
Write testing script and coordinate UAT and regression testing with internal projects
Other IT jobs when necessary
Assist IT Service Management Manager on internal IT Projects
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.CET-6 or TEM-4 is required.
One to three years related experience in training or IT support or IT service.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
MCP, MCSE, PMP and ITIL is highly preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation & delivery skills
Good problem solving, analytical skills, detail-orientated.
