Description of Work: Design and develop World Class Manufacturing (WCM) online course offerings for the APAC Academy. Utilize the Adobe Creative Suite with a heavy focus on Captivate to create a variety of online training modules that are extremely interactive, engaging, and fun to upload to the Chrysler Learning Group Center. Skill Competencies Requirements: Strong analytical skills , ability and willingness to gain additional know-how on WCM topics. Good oral and written communication skills, including English. Proficient in the Office Suite of applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must understand and be able to study and learn software such as Adobe Captivate, Photoshop, Flash, Audition, video editing, and screen capturing software. Consideration for who has a basic-level of knowledge of programming including Actionscript 3, HTML5/CSS and Javascript. Consideration for who has a previous experience with access data base programming. Professional and Leadership Competences: Strong analytical skills, ability to perform and willingness to learn. Must be self-motivated and team oriented. Attention to detail, accuracy and timely response. Requires proven problem solving skills and the ability to multi-task and manage shifting priorities.
