Due to business growth and continual investment in building our business, we are now seeking for an ambitious Training and Internal Recruitment Coordinator to join this highly-respected team in Shanghai.

Your new role
Reporting to our Regional Training and Recruitment manager, you will support stakeholders across Asia, but with a particular focus on China. Your role will encompass all aspects of training coordination and internal recruitment. On the training coordination side, you will learn how to schedule training for different levels of staff, as well as work on different projects supporting our Sales and Systems Trainers to further enhance our L&D contribution and impact. For internal recruitment, you will assist in attracting and selecting junior level consultants, as well as working closely with universities and associations to better brand Hays as an Employer of Choice.

You must be passionate about people, and be able to build long-lasting relationships with different stakeholders.
