PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS (COMPANY FIT/JOB FIT)

Support Senior Engineer to enrich the test automation scripts of B1 Cloud Deployment

Maintain the service continuity of B1 Cloud via establishing appropriate operational tools, monitoring metrics, and tracking platform availability, throughput and performance

Documentation and support process optimization

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES (SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE)
Key Requirement:

Major in computer science, software engineering, mathematics or relevant information technology area

Familiar with script language like Python, Perl, Ruby

Familiar with Linux and Windows and basic programming

Basic knowledge of monitoring tools like Zabbix

Language Skill:

Fluent English (written & oral) and proactive communication skills.

Beneficial Skills:

ERP, CRM, Finance, Accounting knowledge

SaaS solution operation experience

Mindset:

Teamwork spirit

Passionate on new technologies and tools
